A healthy appetizer…Save the carbs Instead of crackers with your chicken salad…try serving them on an apple slice!!
All I did was slice a Granny Smith apple using the mandolin on a setting of 3, topped it with a spoonful of homemade chicken salad and set it off with a pecan slice.
My chicken salad is simple…Boiled chicken breast, homemade sweet pickles chopped, a little of the pickle juice and enough mayo to hold it together (can definitely use greek yogurt if you like)
