Fresh Strawberry Jelly
I followed the Certo recipe as follows.
4 cups of berries (chopped)
7 cups of sugar
1pouch of liquid Certo
Prepare your jars and lids first.
Also your hot bath pan.
Measure exact amount of berries into 8 qt saucepan, exact amount of sugar in a separate bowl.
Stir in sugar while heating. Bring mixture to a full rolling boil. Stir in the pectin. Boil exactly 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add to jars quickly and seal them. Add the jars to your hot bathe with at least 1 1/2 inches of water over the jars. Process for 10 minutes.
Remove and let cool.
Let stand 24 hours and enjoy!!
