DIY Body Wrap!!


So, I’ve been hearing a lot about body wraps lately and how they are good for detoxing, toning up and making your skin soft and smooth….Youtube had lots of great videos about DIY body wraps and Google had lots of great recipes as well so I decided to mix two recipes together and make my own……Results are in….I lost 1.5 inches!! 0.5 inches from my hips, 0.5 from my waist and 0.5 from my thighs My skin feels really nice now too! I’m totally going to do it again 🙂

Here’s the two recipes I used 🙂 I added the Aloe Vera juice and Essential Oils to the water, put the clay on first, then wrapped myself 🙂
