Tayna’s Mustard Chicken

6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
3/4 cup of Dijon Mustard
1/2 cup Maple Syrup
1 TBS Honey
1 TBS Red Wine Vinegar (or whatever you have on hand Rice Wine, Apple Cider)
Salt & Pepper
Fresh Rosemary

Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Spray a 9×13 backing dish
Place chicken breasts in dish and salt and pepper the chicken.
In a medium bowl, mix the mustard, maple syrup and vinegar, and then pour over the top of the chicken breasts, coating each completely.

Bake in oven at 425 degrees for 30 – 45 minutes until chicken is cooked through. When serving be sure to pour some over the top of the chicken. The extra sauce makes it delish!!
