Cinnamon & Honey For Weight Loss!!

Cinnamon and Honey are really good for you! You can incorporate them into your diet in many ways but the best way for weight loss is by drinking this tea. It attacks the way your body consumes and uses sugar. It attacks the fat in your body as well especially in your abdomen.

You will first start to see inches come off before you see the scale move any. You don’t even have to drink it everyday but drinking it most days is beneficial. I recommend drinking the tea 2 times daily. You can make a big batch so you do not have to make it twice in one day! I make mine at night and drink the rest the next morning. Here is the recipe…

For 2 cups (big batch)

Boil 2 cups of water

Put 1 teaspoon Cinnamon in a cup or glass

Add boiling water to you cup or glass

Stir and let steep (let it cool) for 20 – 30 minutes

Add 2 teaspoons of honey to cinnamon water

Stir and ENJOY!!!

Refrigerate the rest and drink the next time

If you only want to make one cup you need to half the recipe, so it will be 1 cup water, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, and one teaspoon of honey!

The nice thing of this is it works even for the most obese person and it works for people who eat a high calorie diet. I am not saying to eat a high calorie diet — healthy food choices lead to weight loss!!!
