Overnight Oats

OVERNIGHT OATMEAL

SERVES 1
1/4 CUP OF QUICK OATS
6 oz CONTAINER OF GREEK YOGURT
1/4 CUP OF FRESH FRUIT (YOUR CHOICE) I used a little more.
1/2 TSP OF FLAX SEED
1/2 TSP OF CHIA SEED
Instructions:
In container with tight-fitting cover, mix yogurt and uncooked oats along with flax and chia seeds . Stir in desired fruit
Cover; refrigerate at least 8 hours but no longer than 3 days before eating.
Sometimes I will add a bit of Vanilla protein powder and a bit of almond milk and that tastes delicious too!! GREAT FOR ANYONE ON THE GO!!!!!! YOU EAT IT COLD~
